I 'testimoni celesti' (il Comma Giovanneo) — assente da ogni manoscritto greco prima del XIV secolo e dalle versioni più antiche. Erasmo lo omise, poi lo aggiunse sotto pressione; entrò nel Textus Receptus e nella KJV.
