What the source reads — the Septuagint adds 100 years to each patriarch's age at fatherhood — Adam 230, Seth 205, Enosh 190, Kenan 170, Mahalalel 165, Enoch 165
What this version reads — the Masoretic ages — Adam 130, Seth 105, Enosh 90… — a pre-Flood span roughly a millennium shorter
The two traditions keep different clocks. Through the antediluvian genealogy the Septuagint gives each father 100 more years before his son is born than the Masoretic does, stretching the age of the world by well over a thousand years before the Flood alone. Ussher's 4004 BC creation runs on the Masoretic numbers; the Greek and the Eastern churches count differently. A systematic chronological divergence, not a scribal slip.
