One letter — כארי ('like a lion') against כארו ('they dug / pierced'). The Masoretic Hebrew and the Greek/Syriac traditions part here; the Septuagint, the Peshitta and the KJV read 'pierced', and a Dead Sea Psalms scroll leans the same way. A genuine manuscript variant with immense Christological weight — logged, not resolved.
